Your First Visit

Tell Us Your Story

Your first visit will start out with a conversation. As a clinician it is important for me to learn about who you are, where you are at in your journey & how this may be affecting your life. Knowing your individual goals allows me to be as specific as possible in creating a plan just for you.

Your Assessment

This is the part where we get moving. I will look at how you move, test flexibility, strength, motor control and coordination. This portion of the visit shows me your preferred movement strategies and allows me to use my expertise to further develop your individual plan

What You Will Gain

  • Insight into the cause of injuries

  • Best treatment approach from a physical therapy perspective

  • A plan for how we will work together to get you to reach your goals

  • An individual program to work on between our visits to continue your progress
